We'd like to take the opportunity to provide you with a form that we hope will incite interaction with our guest speaker. If you have a question you'd like addressed, please fill out the attached form with the topic. You can drop off the form at the reception table when you register, hand it to a member of the Executive, who will ask the question, or fill in the form on the website. If the question is submitted via the website, we will present any questions to our speaker prior to the meeting so that they can either be addressed in their presentation or answered directly after the presentation. The questions can be anonymous.
